A traditional system dating back to the 15th century, the dutch pull out dining table with its self storing leaves provides a practical and simple solution for accommodating extra dinner guests. This piece is based on a design by Danish woodworker Tage Frid.

 

Ideal where space is a premium, the leaves are stored beneath the main table top, easily pulled out on wooden slides when needed.

Traditional breadboard ends frame the main table top, allowing seasonal wood movement but preventing warping. Below, a sturdy frame and splayed, tapered legs provide ample stability but with a delicate footprint.

 

Made to order from solid hardwood and finished in a durable matt hard wax oil to give a warm and natural appearance.

​

Available in 6-8 person and 8-10 person sizes.
