|  Payment

Once you are satisfied with the design, an itemised quote is submitted along with an estimated production time. A 50% deposit is now due to secure your commission with the remaining balance due on completion. Production times vary but are usually between 8-12 weeks depending on the current work schedule.

​|  Production

​​

All woodwork and chair weaving is carried out in the workshop by David. Upholstery and custom ironmongery is outsourced to local professionals.

Any solid wood ordered in must be acclimatised in the workshop before it can be worked to avoid any unwanted movement. During the build, you will be kept up to date with progress and are welcome to visit the workshop any time.

|  Delivery

A collection, delivery or install date will be agreed upon nearing the end of production. If you are not collecting your furniture, a delivery and / or installation charge will be included in your quote.  Deliveries promptly on completion either by David or with a courier. Domestic and international courier rates are calculated by the courier. The most economical service will be chosen but only trusted couriers are used to ensure your delivery goes as smooth as possible.

 

|  After Care

 

A note on the specific materials and finishes used will be issued along with after care advice to prolong the life of your furniture.

|  Warranty

​

A free service period of one year is offered on all products and commissions. After which, repair and travel / delivery costs will apply.

Repairs to damage caused by the customer will incur costs from the day of delivery.

|  Refunds

 

If you find yourself having second thoughts about your purchase or if the product does not meet your expectations, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss options. As all furniture is made to order, a full refund and return is not possible unless a manufacturing fault exists or damage has been caused during delivery.
