Production times vary but are usually between 8-12 weeks depending on the current work schedule.

If you are not collecting your furniture, it will be packed securely and delivered promptly on completion either by David or with a courier. Domestic and international courier rates are calculated by the courier. The most economical service will be chosen but only trusted couriers are used to ensure your delivery goes as smooth as possible.

If you find yourself having second thoughts about your purchase or if the product does not meet your expectations, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss options. As all furniture is made to order, a full refund and return is not possible unless a manufacturing fault exists or damage has been caused during delivery.
